Got a call from a number listed under Solutios Ltd? A guy with an accent said his name was Michael, first said he was from BT, then suddenly switched to Openreach - which are totally different companies. When I questioned him about it, he just hung up. I looked up Solutios Ltd and found on a government site that the company was actually dissolved back in October 2022. Sounds dodgy to me, probably a scam. I'd steer well clear if I were you.
