What an absolute shambles! This dodgy estate agent seems to be nothing more than a desperate chancer with a tarnished reputation. We're currently in the process of selling our property through a reputable agent in Northwich, and this bloke had the audacity to ring us offering his so-called services. The incessant phone calls were downright harassing, to be honest. I let them know that I’d alerted the authorities, and lo and behold, the relentless calls ceased after about nine days. It seems that once we uncovered their little secret identity and called them out on it, they got the message loud and clear. Just a word of caution for anyone dealing with these muppets - proceed with care!

I must say, this so-called estate agent is nothing short of a charlatan, attempting to peddle their services with a tarnished reputation. We’ve listed our property with a rival in Northwich, yet this joker has the audacity to call us incessantly, trying to muscle in on their business. Their relentless cold-calling reached the point of harassment. I made it clear that I'd contacted the authorities, and lo and behold, within nine days, the calls suddenly ceased. Interestingly enough, we managed to uncover the agent's discreet address, and upon confronting them directly, the calls vanished completely! Just a word of warning to others-steer clear of this lot!
