I got a call from someone pretending my internet was about to be disconnected - total scam!

So yesterday I got a call from 01606 869167 saying my internet was about to be cut off. Then today, a different number popped up, 01606 865980, but when I answered and stayed quiet, the call just ended straight away. Both times, my phone showed the calls as coming from abroad, but when I dialled 1471 to check the number, it said it was a UK one. Seems like a total scam to me.
