Just a heads up, I reported this South Korean number 008263983388 early morning on 18th Feb 21, around 8am. Strangely, about two hours after, another call came in from 01606861369 with the exact same message about my internet being cut off. Feels like these two numbers are either teaming up or maybe they're both pulling numbers from some shared contact list. Either way, seems sketchy to me.
