In the Manchester region, I've noticed this number keeps popping up - most recently at a roundabout. It's becoming quite a nuisance, as they ring incessantly, day after day, but there's never a soul on the other end. It really does feel like harassment. I’d strongly suggest not answering unless you can verify who’s calling you. Just last week, they were near Trafalgar Square in London, touting some nonsense about my internet being disconnected and instructing me to press #1 to have a chat with their CEO! Absolute balderdash!
