I rang the main office and was met with an awkward silence at first, which then transitioned into a garbled automated voice. It informed me that our BT internet service was on the verge of disconnection. The problem is, we don't even use BT for our internet!

I've received calls from this number on several occasions, with the caller insisting they're from BT and threatening to cut off my internet. The moment I mentioned that I'd reach out to BT directly, the caller seemed to get flustered and abruptly ended the call! Quite the suspicious spiel, if you ask me!
