On Friday 16/10/20, this number rang me up. An Indian lady said she was calling from BT about some weird activity on my internet. She mentioned there was lots of usage from abroad and said her manager could help sort it out. I told her I was busy because I had to go out, so she promised to call me back on Saturday afternoon to sort it. But she never bothered to call back.
