Four weeks back, I found myself in a bit of a scrape with my vehicle. Thankfully, there were no other parties involved and no injuries sustained. These chaps are seemingly desperate to offer me assistance and help with aftercare, as well as chase after compensation for my troubles. It's exceedingly frustrating, and I can't help but point a finger at the insurance firms; they’re the ones letting our personal information slip through to these opportunists, showing a complete lack of empathy given that we could have been in a far more serious predicament.

I recently had a car accident and they got the questionnaire filled by the other driver. I checked with my insurance and they said they’d sent things over to ACM. Since I spoke to them, I’ve already got a cheque covering my injury claims. Honestly, I’m well pleased with how ACM handled everything, way better than loads of other firms. Not sure why some people have had a rough time with them, but I’d definitely suggest ACM to anyone unsure about what happens after an accident.

I got loads of annoying calls from this number after dropping by John Wadeys car bodyshop in Sussex for a quick quote on a small scratch. When I told them about it, they said their computer system had been hacked. No other place has my accident info and the calls were about a crash they assumed I’d been in on the exact day I went there. Quite odd really.

This number has been calling me nonstop ever since I got caught up in a hit and run. Every time I ask what make and colour the car is, they give me a different answer. They say they’re calling about a third party survey or something. Honestly, they’re just as rude as you want to be. Proper rude people. Best thing to do is just hang up and don’t bother wasting your time with them.

I’ve had a right nuisance of a call today from someone hunting for a person who hasn’t owned this number in over eight years! It feels like the third or fourth time they’ve tried their luck. The last time, when I firmly said I wasn’t acquainted with the name they were after, they bizarrely pivoted to asking if I’d been in an accident with a specific car model. These con artists keep insisting that I should claim the £6,000 they're supposedly holding for me due to personal injuries. The truth is, neither I nor the other driver suffered any injuries from that minor incident. It seems like, at some point, my information has been leaked from somewhere-my hunch is that it’s from the salvage company after they disposed of my vehicle. The new owners, who’ve turned that wreck into something usable, even managed to get in touch with me at my personal address! I received a rather dubious call from this number, claiming that I had been involved in an accident and that a claim had been lodged against me. Naturally, I requested further specifics. They cited a registration number belonging to a car I own, yet it hasn't been in any mishap at all.
