I called them up claiming to be a current Weatherseal customer, needing to sort out our security set-up. However, when I declined to discuss matters over the phone, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!

I called to inform them that we're an existing customer of Weatherseal and needed to go over our security arrangements. However, once I mentioned that I preferred not to discuss it over the phone, the agent abruptly hung up on me. Quite frustrating, isn’t it?
