She said I'd made two big transactions, one with Amazon and another an overseas transfer, which was out of the ordinary for me. The message told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to bank security. I didn't press anything. The phone number started with +44, so even though it looked local, it was probably coming from abroad.
