Somebody called up, real pushy-like, asking all sorts about construction stuff, materials and that. Wasn't really clear what they wanted but they kept on going about it.

Got a call from some cosy loft lot offering a free loft survey. They mentioned a surveyor would come round with another bloke to inspect the loft. Feels like a dodgy scam to me, wouldn’t trust it one bit.
