I ignored the call because my phone flagged it as "possible spam." Wasn't about to pick up.

So, I've been getting calls from this Halo Finance lot, and even after telling them loads of times we're not interested, they just keep ringing. The people on the phone are really rude, like they think it's fine to hassle us non-stop. I asked them to take us off their calling list - mind, we're already registered on the no sales calls database - but they acted like I had no right to make the request and even questioned my job role! To top it off, I got spoken to really nastily. Definitely not the way to win over potential clients.
