The number belongs to Pinnacle Caving & Climbing Supplies, which is a proper company. But someone has managed to use their line to ring my 77 year old Mum, saying she was due a £149 refund and asking for her bank info to sort it out. They wouldn’t say when the £149 was supposedly taken or give any other details. When I called Pinnacle myself, they were shocked and said they'd look into it with their phone provider. The shop’s genuine, but the calls from that number are definitely a scam.
