I've received a second call from a different number, and I suspect it might be spam!

Got a call on my Shrewsbury line from 01604769799 around 11.40 on 3rd Feb 2021. There was a really long silence before someone spoke, but with a thick accent and the way they were talking didn’t make any sense. I ended the call straight away since it felt dodgy and definitely wasn’t anything I was waiting for.

Having observed the flurry of calls from this particular number since yesterday, coupled with their complete lack of any voicemail, I’ve decided not to return the call. It strikes me as rather suspicious, so I’m inclined to believe it may be a scam.

Got a ring from this number but no one spoke, then just hung up. Tried ringing it again but it came up saying the number doesn't exist. Weird!

He had a strong accent from the Indian subcontinent and it was really tough to get what he was saying. He started asking about my home appliances, which I found quite odd. We didn't get along at all and I ended the call pretty fast! Wouldn't recommend, one star.
