My mate next door got a call from someone claiming to be with BT or Openreach. They said her internet was slowing down and she noticed that too, so she followed their instructions. They told her to install teamviewer. Thankfully, she got suspicious once they started asking for her bank details and asked me for help. The bloke was really pushy. Luckily, when we checked her bank, no money had been taken.

It was super cheeky of them not to leave any message after ringing me. I was really hoping they’d tell me if I’d been in a crash, or maybe if my internet was just being really sluggish, or even if they were offering solar panels or something. Such a shame!
