But it didn’t even ring, just went straight to some robot voice saying “your call is important to us, please hold while we connect you to an agent”. I ended up waiting on hold for about 5 minutes before giving up. (And seriously, their hold music was terrible!)4 yearsAbsolutely horrible experience! They said I might be entitled to as much as £2500 and that I'd get a letter within a couple of days, but first they wanted all my personal info. When I asked them to explain what it was about, the guy got really sarky. I pointed that out, and then he told me I shouldn't be interrupting if I didn’t want him to be rude.
