I reckon they've either got our details from 118, who rang up to verify our business information, or they've somehow been tipped off about our new address. Quite the nuisance, really!

Naturally, I felt compelled to look into the matter right away. Upon discovering that her assertions were completely false, I told her where to go and ended the call.
