They claimed I'd paid too much, around £120, on some house appliance and said they could sort a refund for me. I found it hard to catch what they were saying because of a strong Asian accent. When I asked which appliance they meant, they said it was a washing machine. I told them I bought one about 8 years back, then suddenly they just ended the call.
