A bloke rang saying he was calling from Domestic and General about giving me a refund for a payment from October 2023 that had been taken by mistake. He asked for my debit card details to sort it. I decided to have a quick look at my bank account while he was chatting, and not surprisingly, there was no such payment showing up. When I mentioned I was going to look up his number, he just cut off the call. Really cheeky and quite forceful guy.
