They’re insisting that to process a reimbursement of £149.00, I must hand over the entire card number along with the 3-digit security code. It's utterly absurd! Just yesterday, another call came in from 07875915024. What’s maddening is that they refuse to communicate via email or postal service, and they won't send a proper cheque either. Each time it’s a different name on the line, but they all seem to have the same foreign twang.
