Somebody rang me up saying they noticed my internet was lagging and offered to fix it. They said they worked for my internet provider, but when I asked which one, they couldn’t say. Pretty clear it was a scam trying to phish info.

Got a call from an unknown number, answered but stayed quiet for a bit, then they just hung up. Then about 30 minutes later, a different number called and did the same thing. Figured it was connected and just annoying spam calls.
