Anyway, they’re just doing their job, definitely not scammers, so be polite when you speak to them. I was. One thing though, when I picked up, it would've been nicer if they didn’t hang up so quickly since my phone tends to mute calls out of nowhere.

i think it's from that acs recruitment lot down in northampton. if you’ve been dealing with the job centre lately, then that’s probably why these calls keep coming through.
