They kept saying ‘doesn’t matter, madam, we need to sort your alerts’. I told them I only have Apple stuff - true enough - and started listing Apple Pie, Apple Crumble, Apple Sauce... then suddenly let out a ridiculously loud whistle down the phone. You’d think the dog would be pleased, but nope, she was NOT impressed.
