I reckon this number’s been taken over from a proper landline. A woman with a foreign accent rang up saying she was from BT Openreach and that my IP address was being used by others. When I asked where she was calling from, she fibbed, saying London, even though the caller ID showed this Northampton number! Later, I saw a call back from a dodgy Birmingham-looking number, so I just told her to jog on and ended the call.
