Since the number wasn’t saved in my contacts, I just ignored the call and blocked it straight away.

Sounds like a dodgy number to me, probably a fake. I got a call from 01887593312 and they pretended to be from Amazon, saying there was some weird stuff going on with my bank and my Amazon account. The message was all automated, saying my card had unauthorised charges and then told me to press buttons to confirm or report them. Honestly, I’d advise you not to press anything - most likely they’re trying to hook you up to a premium rate number to scam you out of money. Stay alert!
