Could anyone enlighten me about the identity of this caller?

Bit of a strange situation, really. We received a call from these folks asking for our identity. Naturally, we turned the tables and inquired about who they were. A young lady on the other end mentioned the name "Paul". We couldn’t shake the feeling it was some sort of prank and told them they must have dialled the wrong number. Then the chap replied, "Alright, cheers Henry, goodbye." Out of curiosity, we did some digging online and discovered it was linked to an estate agency over in Northampton. Quite the odd encounter!
