Got a call at 1:53 pm on the 7th of October, 2022. Picked up, but the caller disconnected right away.

Got calls two days running at the same hour, didn’t even bother to leave a message, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked them.

Got two missed calls from this number yesterday, and one just now. I picked up today but they just dropped the call. Probably gonna block it now.

Seems like a spam call to me. I just ignored it and let it go to voicemail, but there wasn’t even a message left.

When I picked up the phone, there was utter silence on the other end. I’m situated close to Northampton, which makes me think that the area code should have been familiar. Oddly enough, Google isn’t able to trace this number at all. It could be a mere error, but given that I've seen reports popping up today (6th October 2022), it feels more like a scam to me.

I found it rather unsettling that they already knew my name before the call even started. When I didn't refute it, they abruptly hung up. I attempted to call back, but the number was out of service. It's pretty clear this is likely some sort of scam.
