They kept saying they were ringing from SEFE about renewing my contract, even tho it wasn’t due for another 10 months, and that I could get some amazing rates locked in. Then they went on about how they understand energy prices way better than regular people and should be the ones sorting out my current deals. I ended the call, but they rang straight back again.

Not really sure. They said they were from British Gas and asked for the phone number of the person in charge of utilities. When I said no, they got a bit frustrated and said something about their email not working.
