Seems like it's a staffing agency. They sift through your CV on the web, and then bombard you with poorly paid rubbish positions.

I’m utterly fed up with receiving calls from this number, especially since it’s supposed to be ex-directory and registered with the TPS. After looking into it, I’ve discovered it’s based in Northampton, while I’m over in Nottingham-completely unfamiliar with anyone in that area. To top it off, it appears to be linked to a business called Northampton Boiler Company. If they persist in calling me, I won’t hesitate to report them to the police, just as I did previously with Peoples Energy when they attempted to pull a fast one on me.
