I've had a few calls from this number. It looks like a proper local landline, so I thought maybe it was something important, but I just let it ring through to voicemail since there's never any message left. I just got a call from First Home Improvements in Norwich about some 'green grant' scheme. I had a pretty bad experience with them before - the manager showed up to give a quote for a new front door, but ended up taking measurements of all my 'non-compliant' windows without asking properly. I’ve told them to delete my info now.

Same here, this company did some work at my place about three years ago. Since then, they keep ringing non stop trying to get us to book more jobs and pushing some green scheme with vouchers for a whole year. Some people from Anglia Home Improvements showed up at my door saying they were working with the new government eco scheme. I agreed to a quote for a back door replacement. They returned a week later and immediately pushed hard to sell, trying to switch the quote to cover all windows and doors. I’d already checked the official government site and they’re not part of any such scheme. Even their own website made that clear. Told them to buzz off, but they've kept ringing nonstop since. Total scammers, best to steer clear of them.

01603 984572 - recognised the number right away. It was Anglia Home Improvements. We got windows from them about 5 years back and they've been ringing us non-stop ever since. They keep trying to sell us new windows even though they promised these would last 20 years! They've also said they'd pop round to take pictures but never actually show up.

Weve received two calls now, both right at the worst time (8 in the morning). The person on the phone said they werent trying to sell us anything, but you could tell they were just following a script. What bothers us is that they have our landline and even know our last name.

anglia first home improvements rang my elderly, widowed mum who's struggling with mental health issues. the woman on the phone was really rude and upset her so much she ended up in tears. they wanted to send someone over the same day, which made mum so anxious she had a neighbour come stay with her just in case some stranger turned up. i've complained straight to the company and told them to check out this website to understand how common this sort of thing is.
