Just thought I’d share who’s behind those calls with no message left. Turns out it’s the Mercedes official dealer service centre here in Norwich. When I finally got someone on the phone, I mentioned that hundreds of people - like 387 - had been bugged by these silent calls. The woman I spoke to couldn’t have seemed less bothered about it. Guess customer service isn’t their strong suit after all?

I got a ring on my phone from 01603 980899. Since I have caller protection set up and didn't recognise the number, I chose to let it ring. Interestingly, the caller could have opted to leave a voicemail but decided against it. I’ve made it a point not to pick up calls that raise my suspicions, especially if they’re not identified beforehand.
