Received a call purporting to be from the RSPCA lottery, but it raised quite a few red flags for me. Definitely feels like a potential scam lurking behind it.

I’ve been receiving calls from this number, but I can’t seem to place it. They keep ringing my phone but never bother to leave a voicemail. Quite annoying, if you ask me!

I tried ringing back this number but there was no answer and no voicemail either. Can't see the point in picking up if they're not gonna take calls, so I'll just ignore it from now on.

Got a call from some young bloke with a northern twang claiming it was about the rspca lottery. I told him straight up i wasn’t keen on any kind of ‘long term’ commitment or whatever. Since my phone number sports a local area code, i figured i’d pick up. When i asked where he was calling from he sort of reluctantly said yorkshire! Looks like spoofing scams are stepping up their game. watch out, these awful folks really should be put to a stop.
