Got a call from British Savers saying they wanted to do a survey about my utility bills and then just went ahead and repeated my address back to me. I was like, why do you even need to know about my bills? If I was up for a survey, I’d do it myself, not answer some random call. Honestly, just get lost!

When I requested her to repeat it, a rather strange bleep echoed through the line, making it impossible to catch what she was saying. Upon asking for clarification again, she took a rather rude tone with me! I can't help but feel that the bleep was intentional, making it harder for me to grasp her words. In the end, I decided it was best to hang up and block the number entirely.

She got my name right (though couldn’t say it properly, even though it's quite a normal name) so I'm guessing the call centre isn’t actually in "Norwich" like the phone showed.
