My phone seems to be plagued by this number that won't stop calling! I've never been a customer of Zenith and have zero intentions of becoming one. It baffles me how they think incessant calling is a clever business strategy. If they don't get a response, they just ring again and again. At what point does it cross the line into harassment? It’s hard to fathom why anyone would entertain giving them a single penny!

It's Zenith again-how on earth are they still at it? I was under the impression they’d been hefty fined and driven off for good. Yet here we are, faced with their incessant calls despite my continual requests for them to back off. I’m absolutely fed up with this persistent bother. They caught me off guard just last week, and now they’ve decided to ring again today. Last week, they prattled on about how much the neighbours were enamoured with my rear windows, claiming all the work they've snatched thanks to them being installed over a decade ago. They then had the audacity to offer me a supposed discount for more windows! I firmly told them to jog on, as I highly doubt anyone's been gushing about those windows at the back of the house, let alone noticing them at all!

Recognise this number, it’s from Zenith Windows in Norwich! Got my windows from them about 7 years back and wish I hadn’t. They keep calling nonstop about 'special offers' which are total rubbish. It's definitely Zenith; I had some work done with them a dozen years back. Rather off-putting, to say the least. This particular number has been buzzing my phone incessantly-often once a day at various times, though initially they seemed to favour the mornings. Up until now, I’ve chosen not to engage with them. However, today I happened to be by my phone when they called-it was the middle of the afternoon-so I thought I’d answer since I recognised the number. Unsurprisingly, they’ve never bothered to leave a message before. I greeted them cheerily with "Hello" four times, yet there was nothing but silence in return. Eventually, I could tell that a person on the other end intentionally hung up-definitely a human action, not some automated response. It left me with a very uneasy feeling, as it seems like this caller is trying to gauge my routine, availability at home, and even my voice. It’s quite unsettling and honestly feels rather menacing.

This reminds me of Zenith. Great windows but you'll get bugged for years on end after. They send pics of the work you've had done around their local offices every month and then ring you up pretending to congratulate you for being in the running for some cash prize. The silent calls happen cos call centres have queues and auto-dial numbers - if no agent is free, the phone just cuts off.

Zenith Windows fitted our windows and doors for us a staggering 17 years back. And, believe it or not, they’re still ringing us! We've had to block four different numbers already, and now here’s yet another one. How on earth are they still in business? The quality of their doors and windows isn’t even up to scratch, and I’ve seen firsthand how some of their crew (as confirmed by our neighbours) fail to complete the jobs properly. This leaves your property wide open to potential break-ins, left without decent windows and doors for months. For heaven's sake, don’t give in! Just ignore them or, if you must engage, give them a piece of your mind!

Received three calls in quick succession after 6pm this evening. Zenith has been a nuisance to me for years, incessantly using different numbers. They seem to have a cycle of harassment followed by a brief break, only to resume their relentless pursuit. Years ago, in the early nineties, I had some work done by Staybrite, the outfit that Zenith ended up acquiring. They were alright, but trying to get any issues sorted was a right headache. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t consider involving myself with this company again. They’re notorious for underhanded tactics - the absolute epitome of dodgy double-glazing salespeople. A nightmare for anyone! It would be brilliant to see them hit with some serious fines. I just can’t fathom why there isn't more regulation introduced to curb these dreadful charlatans.
