It's Zenith ringing again - I honestly believed they’d been fined and put a stop to, but it looks like they just brush off all complaints. This caller is driving me crazy. Last time, they went on about how my neighbours supposedly admired my back windows and how much business came from those windows I got fitted over 12 years ago. They then tried to pitch me a discount for new windows. I told them to get lost since nobody has ever noticed those windows, let alone praised them!

About twenty years ago, I got my windows and doors done by Zenith. Since then, I’ve been bombarded with annoying calls from them. One time when a repair guy from Zenith came round to fix something they installed, he mentioned there had been some kind of split and that someone took important customer details with them when they quit. Honestly, I wouldn’t touch them again because 1) I don’t need any new replacements, 2) if I did want new double glazing, I’d never buy from a company that cold calls me out of the blue, and 3) I can’t be sure if it’s really Zenith calling or just whoever nicked those files.

About two decades ago, Zenith fitted new windows and doors for me. Since then, their calls have been nothing but a pain, constantly ringing me up. When a technician from the firm came round to mend something they’d installed, he mentioned there had been some rift and that certain employees had walked off with customer details. Honestly pretty annoying. This number has been calling me almost every day at different hours, usually in the morning, and I never really responded. But this time, I was right by the phone when it rang in the afternoon, so I answered straight away after recognising the number. Not once has this person left a voicemail. I said "Hello" clearly four times but got nothing back. Then, I heard the receiver being put down, which I'm sure was done by a person, not some machine. This reminds me of Zenith. Great windows but you'll get bugged for years on end after. Years back, Zenith Windows did our doors and windows, about 17 years ago. They keep ringing us up, even though we’ve blocked 4 different numbers, and now this is a completely new one! I really don’t get how they’re still in business. Their quality is rubbish, and from what our neighbours have seen, some of their builders don’t even bother finishing the work properly.
