There was heaps of noise in the backround, like a bunch of folks in a call centre chatting with someone else about access on car accidents. Then I heard some swearing before they hung up. I kept saying hello but they must’ve been too busy because all I got was that noise and them yakking with someone else.

Got a call from a woman claiming she was from Anglia First, wanting to inspect the soffits and guttering they put up in 2011, which is like 7 years back. I told her I’d asked Anglia First to stop calling me because I’d had loads of calls before, but she said she wasn’t trying to sell anything. Honestly, her attitude was off and I asked why on earth she needed to take photos of my guttering after all this time. Proper odd behaviour. This number has phoned me before, pretty sure it’s the same lady from last year - she hung up when a dog started barking loudly in the background.

Got a ring from Anglian Windows again, I needed some new handles ages back but they were proper useless. They keep calling me every few months and yes, I'm definitely on the TPS list. They keep ringing me - Anglia First - supposedly a windows 'company' in Norwich. I've told them to take me off their list at least half a dozen times. I was polite but firm again today, but they just don't seem to listen. If they call once more, they’ll be met with some very Anglo-Saxon language! They seem to think it's alright to bother people repeatedly, hoping to snag some customers. Even if they were the only windows firm left, I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole. They seem to be acting dodgily, and all I can do is warn others about the sort of mob they are.

Just got a call from them, and the line was rubbish - loads of background noise, sounds like some call centre doing multiple calls at once so nobody actually answered. It's annoying and a complete waste of my time. If it’s Anglian Windows, they really need to understand that this kind of pushy calling means I wouldn’t use them even if my life depended on it. Another potential customer gone. Plus, I’m not a customer already, so you really shouldn’t be calling me - it’s against the law in the UK to cold call like this. Take me off your list, please.

I just spoke with Anglian Windows through their online chat and they basically said its one of their numbers. I know an elderly couple who keep gettin annoying calls from that number. They gave me an email to contact so you could get your number taken off their list, but really no one should have to go through that hassle. I even told them it would be way easier just to shut down those phone lines lol.

01603 952417 - Anglia First. About a year back I asked them for a quote to change my guttering. They only seemed interested if I also got the soffits replaced, which I didn’t want. Now they keep calling me, asking if I’ve changed my mind. I’ve told them loads of times that they weren't bothered before, so why keep ringing? They apologise each time, but sure enough, a few weeks later they’re back on the phone. Bloody annoying!

A while back we got new windows installed through Anglia First. The lads who put them in really messed up some of the brickwork, and despite a few tries, it’s never been fixed properly. On top of that, they took out the financing before I even signed off saying I was happy with the job. Then just last year, we asked for a replacement of some chrome fittings that had gone all dull on a few bits of furniture. They swapped out one piece but we're still waiting on the other two to be sorted.

Years back, I let a Debbage & Tubby salesperson come inside to chat, and ended up agreeing to have my windows done. But I changed my mind during the 14 day cooling off period, only to get a phone call the next day from the same guy giving me a hard time. That was about five years ago. Since then, I hired someone else for the windows. Still, Debbage & Tubby keep ringing me up and, annoyingly, they even show up at my door asking if I want new windows or doors again! I just look them dead in the eye and ask if they’re blind or something, since it’s obvious my windows are brand new. Honestly, these folks are like pests, kinda like vampires - once you let ’em in, they don’t know when to leave!

I got a call from this double glazing firm, either Anglia First or First Anglia, can't really recall. They tried to persuade me that the Glass & Glazing Federation backs some sort of green scheme where they buy back windows over a decade old. Something felt off, so I rang up the GGF myself and they told me there’s no such thing funded by them. Honestly, I hate being mislead like that. So no chance I’m spending with Anglia First, First Anglia, or whatever name they’re using now - Debbage & Tubby? Not interested!

Got a spam call about home repairs! Told them to take my number off, even tho it’s ex-directory, but they keep ringing me non stop!
