They claimed to be from 02, but I wouldn't trust them at all.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Carphone Warehouse, working with O2, about upgrading or lowering my bill. I foolishly said yes and signed up, but now I want to cancel and I have no clue who these people actually are. They promised to email me a confirmation but still nothing in the inbox. I phoned Carphone Warehouse and they said they’ve no record of any call or new account. Seriously, steer clear of these lot!

Got a call from someone saying they were from 02, offering to either lower my bill or get me a new phone. When I asked for any kind of proof that they really knew my details, they just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam, and I've blocked the number now.
