I've had 5 calls over just 3 days from these lot. They claim they can help sort out your timeshare contract and even get you some compensation. They mentioned a company called 'Regulatory Group Co Ltd', but turns out it’s actually Regulat Consulting Group Ltd, which was only set up about 9 months ago, has only one director and zero online presence. The weird thing is, their website for Regulatory Group shows the exact same company number! It's all very suspicious and feels like a classic scam setup.

Got a call from a really cheeky bloke about a timeshare. When I just hung up, he had the nerve to ring me again on both my mobile and landline. Eventually, I picked up, but then there was no one there to talk to. Proper rude and honestly felt like harassment. Not on at all!

My phone flashed "Probable Spam" but I picked up anyway. The caller asked for me by name, but I didn't say anything and asked what the call concerned instead. She said her name was Julie Cawood then asked for me again, I repeated my question about the reason for the call without giving any details. After that, she just ended the call. Guess she wasn't ready for me to not play along.

They keep ringing me up pretty much every day, no matter what.

Some bloke rang up saying he was working to combat timeshare frauds, but he didn't pay any attention to what I was saying. He insisted I was on some kind of ‘flagged’ list connected to missed payments, court cases, or abandoning a timeshare contract. Problem is, I’m not involved in any of that. When I told him so, he got quite hostile and started threatening to report me to the actual timeshare company! Such a load of rubbish.
