This guy claimed he was ‘Peter from BT Openreach’ and was calling to check on my internet speed, said it was a free service since they saw my router wasn’t performing as it should. Yeah right. Could’ve used that line whenever he wanted, not just now. When I mentioned that BT were actually meant to be coming round myself, he just hung up. Suspicious much?
