Clearly, this call came from a call centre. We made our request right away. Are you connected to a call centre? Just to clarify, I'm not trying to sell you anything. We ended up talking over each other because we couldn't make out what he was saying due to the noise in the background. Our radios were blaring away, you see. I’m nearly deaf, for goodness’ sake! We exchanged a few greetings, his and ours, and then ended the call. He never once introduced himself and went straight into defence mode. To be honest, I’m on a tight budget with my old pay-as-you-go phone. Just leave us be, please! :)

It's absolutely infuriating-just like having a never-ending conversation with Jon Gail and that pesky Tony. I can't stand how their antics mirror each other, especially on this 3G network. Honestly, they drive us absolutely round the bend!
