I got a call at about 10:04 from this number, 01603-639773, which is supposedly from Norwich. The person claimed to be from BT and said our Wifi server was showing issues. They warned that they’d block our internet and disconnect the landline straight away if we didn’t sort it. Thought it was fishy, so I phoned BT myself, and they confirmed it was a total scam. They told me there were no problems with our account at all.
