I received a rather alarming call at 10:04 this morning from the number 01603-639773, which I discovered was based in Norwich. The caller claimed to be from BT, informing me that there were issues with our WiFi server and that they would be cutting off our internet access and terminating our landline service right away. Naturally, I felt compelled to verify this rather urgent claim, so I called BT directly. They assured me that it was all a scam and that my account was perfectly alright. What a relief!
