Im so fed up with this number ringing me almost daily for ages now. Hope they see this, cause they installed 2 windows and while they were at it, they broke the pipe under our kitchen sink and never mentioned a thing. Plus they kept hassling me about replacing big bay windows both upstairs and downstairs. I said no but they still keep calling. Im proper tired of it. Anglican home improvements... or more like a call centre working for loads of big firms. They keep switching the caller ID to dodge any blocks you've put on before. If you tell them to take you off their list, they only remove you from the Anglican list, not the main database. So when they land a new contract, they sell the full list to their client and the robocalls start up all over again!

We even got a salesman round once to see for himself, and he told us right away he could tell it wasn’t worth his while. I picked up the phone but, as always, no one spoke. Normally I wouldn’t bother, but since it was the second time today, I rang them back and told the bloke to take me off their dialling list. He actually had the nerve to ask me to confirm my address to do that! Yeah, right! I can't get why companies don’t get that these annoying cold calls just put people off and ruin their name. If I ever needed work on my house, would I go with Anglian? Not a chance.

I keep getting calls from this Anglian Windows customer service in Norwich. They won’t stop ringing until you pick up, but more times than not, when I answer, there’s nobody speaking on the other side.
