Zenith. We were customers years ago, but they didn’t even remember our names or address. The call was basically a sales pitch promising a chance to win money if we sent a photo today and made it through some selection process. The bloke on the phone said buying more stuff in the future would boost our chances of winning. They had already taken photos years back after finishing the job, then sent this same old nonsense. It’d be great if they updated their approach for the modern age, instead of relying on cheesy 80's style hard sells and endless calls promising you might win something.

Got new doors and windows put in about 13 years back. The windows and doors are still holding up great. But then they told me that because I had a sign for them in my garden, I was owed more than £1500 for other home improvements, but only within two years. What a bunch of rubbish that was.

Got a call from this number and from what others have said, it's Zenith Home Improvements. Years ago, I got windows fitted by Zenith Windows and honestly, wasn’t too pleased with them. Just a heads up, since this is a UK firm, if they keep ringing after you’ve asked them to take your details off their list, you can report them to the ICO. They’re breaking data protection laws and the ICO can slap them with a fine, so it’s worth doing to make them stop pestering you.

The easiest way to handle those pushy double glazing salescalls is to act really keen, book an appointment, then when the sales bloke arrives, just tell em you’re not interested and that you've already told em a million times to stop ringing you. Now you figured it’s better to say it to their face. Then as they head off, call out something like “Bet you’ll be ringing again soon, catch ya next week!”
