Reliance Advisory keep ringing me about PPI claims. They never call from the same number twice, probably trying to dodge the blacklist on my phone. It’s really annoying and I think they’re doing something dodgy by making these unwanted calls. If you get a call from this number or one like it, just block it and add to your blacklist straight away.

For ages now, Reliance Advisory keep calling me from all sorts of different numbers. Every time I block one, they just ring back using another. I’ve even sent them an email asking them to delete my info under GDPR rules, but they ignore it and keep calling. I’m seriously thinking about making a formal complaint under the GDPR soon.

Just a heads up: claiming PPI on your own is dead simple. No need to fork out dosh to some company for something you can do yourself!

I’m actually employed by the firm and my grammar is spot on. The thing is, loads of folks claiming PPI don’t hold any paperwork about their financial history, and since we dig back as far as 1985, many can’t even recall which banks they used to have credit with. Go ahead and mark the number as “unknown” if that makes you happy, no worries x

2) They’re asking for my bank info? No chance. Whenever we send anything out, it’s always a Letter of Authority we include. We just have to check which banks you’ve worked with previously to make sure the right LOA goes with your package. And for those claiming we want your card details, just take a breather, yeah?

6) Scammers from overseas? We're actually based in Bury, Greater Manchester, and it’s pretty unlikely anyone here has got a call from us (replying to the previous comment). Honestly, if we were some foreign scam outfit, we wouldn’t still be running - we’d have been closed up a long time ago.

I wouldn't trust those glowing reviews. The bad spelling and awkward English make it pretty clear they're likely some foreign fraudsters. The way they use "won't" instead of "want" is such a giveaway.

Didn’t even have PPI! From what I gather, PPI was this dodgy insurance stuff sneaked in with your interest and APR, so most folks wouldn’t even realise they were being charged for it in the first place. Proper scam if you ask me.

They’ve rung me like 50 times? Honestly, I can promise you, we wouldn’t have called that many times. If you’ve put the number on block, then that’s sorted, we don’t keep ringing other landlines. Also, you gotta remember, there’s loads of firms around Manchester with an 0161 code who deal with PPI, not just us.

5) Had some proper awful experiences with the people on the phones. Loads of them come across as really rude, probably some of the worst I’ve spoken to. If you’re a bit short or rude back, don’t expect them to suddenly be nice, especially if they’re already having a bad day from other moaning callers.

I caught about 15 seconds of someone chatting away in a call centre for Reliance Advisory, then the same old PPI scam spiel started. They claim they’ll take nearly 40% of your PPI payout just for completing a form! Plus, you have to hand over all your info - even your bank details. Honestly, you'd have to be daft to fall for it. They’ve called me like 5 times this week, and each time I told them to take me off their list. Of course, it’s like shouting into the void. They even said I agreed to get these calls - absolute rubbish!

The workers have been told things that aren't true, and being in a place without any heating all the time can't be helping. No surprise they seem really stressed when they answer calls, it's definitely too much pressure on them.

I ended up recovering a full amount of £32,500, all thanks to a gentleman named Ryan who was really friendly and easy to talk to. I'd definitely suggest this firm for anyone looking to reclaim PPI or sort out their pension stuff. The compensation came in just in time for my daughter's birthday, which was a massive help. Honestly, I was a bit doubtful in the beginning, but they never once asked for my bank info, which put me at ease. After my claim went through, I was over the moon. Totally recommend them!

Had some dodgy calls from Reliance Advisory lately. They said they were from Bury, but I reckoned they were actually ringing from Manchester. I’m always quick to block those annoying ppi scammers and any sales calls I didn’t ask for. If they’re not on my list, they’re getting blocked, simple as that.
