2 yearsI got a message claiming loads of money had been withdrawn from my bank in a pair of transactions, one of them supposedly from Amazon. It didn’t mention which bank or whose account it was. There was a button to chat with an adviser, but I didn’t click it as it felt dodgy. Banks always call directly and ask for the account holder, and if I’m not sure, I say I’ll ring them back on their genuine number just to be safe.
