Got a call today from this 01603 number, which is from Norwich but my phone showed it as an international call too - pretty clear it was a fake number. A woman said she was from some kind of media company and wanted to talk about my internet connection being faulty. I told her I don’t even have internet and called her out as a scammer. She hung up straight away and I blocked the number.
