I received a cheeky call today from this particular number, and it turned out to be a robotic voice claiming to be associated with Amazon. It was quite the laugh, really-these Indian chaps acting as if they’re part of Amazon, all in an attempt to pull a fast one on unsuspecting folks. I’ve just had a rather dodgy phone call from some bloke insisting he was from Amazon, saying my Prime subscription needed renewing. The thing is, I’ve never even set up an Amazon account nor had any dealings with them whatsoever! Got a call at 7:52 this morning from someone saying they were from Amazon. They wanted me to either cancel or renew my Amazon Prime subscription, which is odd since I've never signed up for Prime.
