The caller, who introduced himself with a name that completely slipped my mind, claimed to represent a company that I subsequently couldn’t find any trace of. He mentioned something about a device that resembled what I know as a Lifeline Alarm and stated that they operated under NHS guidelines. When I inquired about the source of my information, I struggled to comprehend his response due to his apparent language barrier, even after asking for clarification twice. Although I'm currently living with family and don't require such a device, I pondered on its potential necessity in the future.
