From Guildford, Surrey here. Got a call on my home landline from someone named Alice, sounded Indian, talking about a washing machine repair warranty. We sorted out the renewal ages ago and even got a confirmation letter, so there’s really no reason for the legit company to be calling again. I’ve also had a few calls like this before from numbers starting 01603-385... all women with Asian accents. Seems pretty dodgy, likely a scam.
