Got a cold call claiming to be from O2 offering a contract upgrade. Asked if they could send it in writing, and got a no. Then asked how I could be sure they really worked for O2. The person said they were from a firm authorised by O2. Asked again for proof and after a bit of back and forth, they just hung up. Feels pretty dodgy to me.
