Didn’t pick up and after reading some of the other comments, I reckon that was the smart move. Probably scammers.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from BT. She told me my IP address was compromised and asked me to log into my PC so she could fix it. When I questioned her, she kept her cool and acted like she was genuine. Pretty sure it was a well-practised scam. Best thing to do is just end the call and report it.
